South Central accomodations help PLEASE

Reading some of the responses over the last week, I have realized all my research online and other sources may spell disaster when we get to the accomodations I have selected for us. Has anyone stayed at the following places and can comment? This is our 25th wedding anniversary trip and I want it to be special, a nice place, comfortable and a nice surrounding view.
We are going next summer.
Alaskan Leopard B & B, Anchorage
Kiana Bed and Breakfast, Homer
the Angel's Rest Gatehouse built in 2004 at Miller's Landing Seward.
I haven't seen any of the above mentioned in any posts. All I have to go on is pictures from websites etc. Recently, Budget Queen (I am a fan) talked about Miller's landing and others agreed about the roads and discards laying around. I am wondering if my ideas of these places match the reality.
I need some folks that have been there, done that to make me feel I have made the right choices.
I appreciate your help.
Also, who has the best box lunches in Homer for a fishing charter?

So did I!

Hayjax, you might get answers if you repost with Alaska in the subject line.

YOu can't go wrong with the Alaskan Leopard. The owner is a former director of the B&B association and the service level it top notch. You can also rely on Kiana. Jerry is the curernt state B&B president. Look at TripAdvisor for other comments. That's how I found the Alaskan Leopard.

For fishing charter lunches go to Sourdough Express Bakery. The are on the main road just before you enter the spit. Homemade breads, wonderful food.
