Society of Seven & Magic of Polynesia shows

We'll be in Honolulu next month and I'm trying to find a show to take friends who are traveling with us. I googled, searched TA and most responses were 4-5 years old, posted in TA (no responses yet). The google on SOS brought up the Las Vegas show. Not even sure if show is available in Honolulu anymore. Would appreciate info from anyone who has attended either recently. Also curious about the type of music to expect in SOS.

My guess is that nobody's heard of them.

SOS has been around forever - I remember them performing in Waikiki when I was a kid. I thought they were still performing in Vegas, but I'm not familiar with Waikiki show offerings.

I've seen SOS once (when I was a kid) and so I don't know if their current act is similar, but I recall them favoring popular adult contemporary type music, stuff that the audience would be familiar with. Actually, what stands out in my memory is their shiny black sequin jackets.

Thought I'd check back. I decided on The Magic of Polynesia and we all really enjoyed it. In between some spectacular illusions there were some excellent Hawaiian dance routines, complete with beautiful costumes. We had excellent seats and I was happy with my decision.

We did see a long line waiting to get in to see Society of Seven one evening, so assume it is still very popular.
