Can someone suggest some places to snorkel from the beach around Ft Lauderdale? Thanks.

I'd drive down to Pennekamp and do some amazing snorkeling there.

Loved Pennekamp - but just try to find some rocks/reef and you usually can find some fish. Go early when the surf isn't up as much - nor the wind - for the best visibility.

I live in Fort Lauderdale and frankly, some of the stuff on the bottom at the beach you do not want to see.
