Small group dining in Napa area
Good evening, 12 of us are travelling to the Napa area in October for a 40th birthday celebration, staying in Yountville. In looking at dining restaurants, it seems that a lot of places won't take a group bigger than 8. Does anyone have any suggestions? Budget is around 100-150 per couple but is flexible.

We ate here several years ago. It's owned by Thomas Keller who owns the French Laundry down the street. The food at Ad Hoc is excellent but about half the price. The restaurant is very open and airy. I would think they could easily accommodate a party of 8.

I would suggest looking into the Bardessono Hotel's restaurant Lucy! It has an open dining area that should be more than accommodating to a party of 12! I would take a look at their menu first though. You can find it here: http://www.lucyrestaurantandbar.com/dinner
