Slide Rock St. Park Sedona - Water Conditions

Jump to last reply

On Monday (10/17/11), we'll be passing through Arizona and the kids have been dying to go to Slide Rock State Park. I checked their web site, but it did not provide any info on current conditions, other than weather. The weather looks great (sunny, low 80s). But they obviously want to hit the slides, so I'm wondering about water flow (is it sufficient, or is it too low?), and temperature (too f-f-f-frigid?).

Anyone local to the area know, or can you point me to how else I might find out? I also called the park but only got a recorded message. I left a message with my number, but I'm not sure if they'll call or not.

Thanks!!
