Skiing in Vermont

Jump to last reply

Hi all. We just got back from a really fun ski trip to Mt. Snow. We had great conditions (except yday) and liked the resort. We also treated ourselves to a ski in/ski out location, which was absolutely wonderful.

We'd like to return to Vermont next year, and are interested in suggestions for a good place. We need a terrain park for my snowboarding son, and don't want to travel all the way to the Canadian border. Not astromical ski in and out accommodations would be terrific, too.

What are your thoughts on Killington? Are conditions generally OK first week of March? (typically, that is too late for decent skiing in the closer to us Poconos ski places).
