Try this service- not sure if it runs a regular service to Hartsfield. Dixie Excursions: 1-800-322-5382 or (334) 887-6294. If that doesn't work, you can ride the MARTA train (Atlanta's transit train) from the stop at the airport (S7) to the Garnett Street station (S1). The Greyhound bus terminal is located near that MARTA station, and you can catch a bus. Hope this helps.
To my knowledge, there is no shuttle. How about flying into Montgomery airport? It's about a 3 hour drive from Atlanta to Montgomery; maybe rent a car?
