My husband & I stayed there 2 years ago and loved it. The suites are large and very nice. Smathers Beach is right across the road. They have a shuttle going to Old Town every hour, but I think the last one returns around 10 or 11pm. We'd definitely stay there again. Have fun!

Stayed there for our spring break, in Feb its a nice place, employees are cool we invited people back to the pool and they didnt give us any problems, the shuttle is nice but it stops waaaaaaaaay before the bars close, so you'll have to taxi back! My only compliant was we found out we could have gotten our room for 60 less if we had haggled with them instead of booking online which we thought was the cheapest. And a old person hit our car in the parking lot (hit and run) and the hotel didnt offer to take anything off the bill. Other than that its a decent place I would stay there again if I couldnt find a place closer to duval and cheaper.

Avoid Papa's restaurant the only bad food experience in keywest

We stayed at the Wydahm Casa Marina Resort. It is quiet, has a nice beach, a jacuzzi, and two pools that are open 24 hours a day.I think you would love it!

I think that Key West is easier to appreciate if you stay in a small hotel closer to Old Town. Island City House has a nice pool and a jacuzzi. Only a few blocks from Key West byte and from Duval. Great location.

We stayed at Sheraton Suites two years ago for spring break. The rooms were good however it was pretty loud at night...seems we had some real party animals staying there. The shuttle is great and my son loved the pool. We got a good deal using the Entertainment book...50% off.

We liked the Sheraton Suites just fine. Shuttle solved the problem of trying to park in Old Town. Rooms good size. Since we weren't there during spring break period I can't comment on the noise.

My husband and I have stayed there twice...most recently in November when we got married. It is a nice, clean hotel with good sized rooms and bathrooms. It has a very nice pool area and one of the best public beaches right across the street. The only meal we had in the restaurant was breakfast, but it was very good. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Key West, but especially to those with children. I'm not sure that a lot of people would consider Old Town an appropriate place for pre-teens or teens to be hanging out unsupervised since it is such a party area...especially Duval Street. The Sheraton is nice and quiet on the other side of the island from Old Town, but their hourly transports to that area make it very easy to visit for just an hour or two for a meal and shopping or for the whole day.
