Seeking suggestions on new places to hang out in Orlando
I've been coming to Orlando for vacations for several years and am wondering if there's other bar/restaurant districts outside of Church St., Downtown Disney or City Walk. I'll have a car so a little drive won't be a problem. Thoughts appreciated.

In a word no. Of course there are other bars and restaurants throughout the orlando area, but not like the ones you've mentioned.
The only other area I could reccomend, is Park Avenue in Winter Park. There are a handful of nice restaurants there.
Also, Winter Park Village on 17-92 in Winter Park. It's new, has about 7 or 8 restaurants and a big movie theatre. Good luck!

I understand that you like Orlando, or you wouldn't have visited on so many occasions. But there are other places in FL that are just as fun and beautiful as Or. Try Tampa,The Ampatheater, it is a little costly but well worth it. Eybor city is wonderful too and it's not a whole lot of a drive. (I don't know if I spelled Eybor right, I'm sure someone will correct me soon) We go to Tampa about 4 times a year and are never let down or run out of things to do.

Try Mount Dora, a small town with interesting homes, stores and cafes. I believe there's a web site, www.mountdora.com that may give you some ideas.
