Seaweed in Destin

Seaweed in Destin
Are some months better than others to go to Destin in order to try to avoid the seaweed or that green grass that shows up from time to time. I've been to Destin probably 20 times since I was a kid, and sometimes the water is clear as a bell and sometimes it has all that slimey green grass in it. I'm planning on going back in Sept. and I'm hoping that the water will be clean
