Yes. Tickets are easy to get and are available on line and on the waterfront.
Discount tickets are often available at the Pike Place Market Ticket Office, located at First Avenue and Pike Street.
Our favorite cruise is the one that goes through the locks.

Argosy runs a number of different cruises from the Elliott Bay Waterfront Pier 56. Go to www.argosycruises.com. Pricing is available on the website. If you book beforehand, you get a slight discount.
I don't think you need reservations in most cases.

Several years ago my son and I did a harbor cruise on a sailboat. Can't remember the name, but when my wife and I were in Seattle a few weeks ago somewhere along the waterfront, so I think they're still doing them. Cost back then was in the $40/pp range I think.

I've done the sailboat harbor cruise also but not sure its still there -
believe it was Captain Paul. It poured the evening we did it and there was no wind so mostly we used the motor to get around. We all got soaked not to mention that water would build up between the sail and where it rolls up( dont know what that is called) and then it would dump on everyone sitting under it. It was all quite funny and the captain felt so bad that he took us all for drinks after

Definitely do the harbor cruise, esp. the one that travels through the locks into Lake Union.
Be aware that this weekend is the grand culmination of the local summer "event," Seafair. Among the noisemakers present will be the Blue Angels scaring the bejeezus out of dogs and cats throughout the town. Navy flotilla in the port, Hydroplane races on Lake Washington, airshow with the Blues over the lake, lots happenin'.

Wow! This getting old stuff is the pits! I left out half a sentence. ;-)
That should read that my wife and I saw the same sailboat docked along the waterfront just a few weeks ago. There was even a sign advertising the cruises, if I'm remembering correctly. Does Endeavor sound familiar as the name, sunbum?

Wow!! All these responses so fast!! Thank you!
does anyone know the company that does the harbor cruise? and the cruise into the locks on lake union?
For sailing, could it be emerald city charters, i think i saw a previous post recommending that.
