Scenic Drive from Galveston to Corpus Christi?
Is there a scenic route to drive between Galveston and Corpus Christi? We have plenty of time, and we want as many Gulf views as possible.

If you ask for the scenic route from www.viamichelin.com, you will get the road closest to the Gulf of Mexico, but probably will only see water when you cross inlets.

Never stayed there but my choice would be Amelias Landing.
