Savannah First Timers 2 Nights: Must SEE's?

March 19-21, first time to Savannah, 2 nights.
Have been to Charleston, so don't need to do plantations (if there are any neaby.) Would like to hit the tourist highlights before heading to Hilton Head.
Staying at East Bay Inn. Any suggestions for must see/do activities?
Thank you!

suewoo, while it might be better if the post were tagged Georgia instead of South Carolina, it doesn't really matter since all US posts appear together in the left column and the view all activity list.

Have a look at the Savannah website - it's chock full of information for seeing/doing in Savannah.

We've stayed at the East Bay Inn and enjoyed it very much!

I suggest the Old Town Trolley tour-it is great and gives you an overview of Savannah. You can get on and off the trolley and spend as much time as you want at each stop.

Go to River St. See the shops, the boats on the river, street entertainers, lots of restaurants.
