Sarasota Restaurants ... Two Suggestions

If you're visiting Sarasota, here are two restaurant suggestions from a spoiled New Yorker who is not easily impressed ...

1. Carmel Cafe & Wine Bar -- Great atmosphere, all orders done by iPad, good looking crowd, very good cuisine, excellent wine selection (although I like to see a few more French whites by the glass). I overheard one couple comment "It's the coolest spot in Sarasota, even though that's a very low hurdle."

2. Cafe L'Europe -- On St. Armand's Circle in an historic building, very good "old school" cuisine
