For a very good, inexpensive lunch (and Margarita), Los Charros (at Inn of the Governor's). We had very nice dinners at Bistro 315 and the restaurant at the Inn of Anasazi. ALso Maria's for 'local' Mexican food.

I just topped another thread where I have some good links for Santa Fe titled Santa Fe or Lake Tahoe for mother/daughter trip from NY
If you can't find it, click on my name.
What kind of cuisine do you want? Fancy or casual? Price range? This will help with suggestions.
Also if you type in Santa Fe Restaurants in the search box at top of page, there should be lots of posts and replies as this has been a recent Q. And try using the DESTINATION link at top of page and then click on Santa Fe. Check out Fodors Attractions and Restaurant section for Santa Fe as they do a great job!
Hope this helps...

We love Julian's, on Shelby St. They have a website. The food is pretty much northern Italian, upscale, and despite its having been voted "Santa Fe's most romantic restaurant" or something like that, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

I had lunch at the Plaza Restaurant a couple of weeks ago. It's pretty inexpensive for Santa Fe and my fish tacos were very good.
