SANTA BARBARA BED & BREAKFAST ACCOMMODATIONS

We will be in santa barbara for 2 nights mid-week in January. I've narrowed it down to four choices - James House, Simpson House, Casa del Mar and white jasmine inn. There seems to be quite a difference in prices though because White Jasmine Inn offeres a 50% discount at that time. I'm wondering if it would be as nice as the others or maybe not as nice but still clean and in a good location? We want to tour around santa barbara, but like to be able to walk to a good restaurant as well.
