San Francisco natives -- where's the Full House house?
Okay...this is lame. But does anyone know where the Tanner family's "house" is located from the opening credits? It was on a hill across from a park. If it doesn't involve a serious trek, I want to take a walk past. I used to be obsessed with that show. Maybe I shouldn't admit that!

I don't know for sure if used for "Full House", but a famous row of houses, called "Postcard Row" and/or the "Painted Ladies" is across the street from Alamo Park with the tall buildings of the city in the background.

The "Painted Ladies" houses are on Steiner Street across from Alamo Park.
In the opening credits, they ARE hanging out in Alamo Park. However, the exterior of the house they supposedly lived in (which is shown throughout the episodes) is not, to my knowledge, one of the "Painted Ladies" houses, but just some random SF Victorian-style house. I always assumed that they were just playing in the park in the opening credits for effect and never connected that to the fact that they were supposed to have lived in one of those houses.

It's actually called Alamo Square - not Park. That area is designated a SF Historic District - so the owners can't fiddle with the exterior of any of the buildings.
