Wish I were going! What a great team ... I'll be watching or listening on the radio. Do you think Fox will carry it locally?
we went two years ago- was absolutely wonderful and wild but don't think i'll do it again. once in a lifetime experience
we've had the opportunity to have a few parades in Boston. My advice, bring a step ladder!!!
I'll be there !!!!

I thought I responded last night - my daughter will definitely be there, and I will try to be (I work nearby). I was there two years ago, but like toncasmo, think the exhilaration of that win and the parade that followed may have been a once in a lifetime experience. I'm thrilled they won, that's for sure!
SF7307 - there is another thread in the lounge, we've been posting on it.
Working on Montgomery I'll be in the middle of it at the beginning.
The parade route has changed. It is not the same as 2010. Instead of starting at Montgomery Street at Jackson Square, it is starting at the foot of Market Street (ferry building, Hyatt Regency) and going straight up Market Street.
For anyone taking BART, there's are several BART stations (Embarcadero, Montgomery, Powell, Civic Center) that will take you there.
Yes, agree, but... during some parades those stations are closed.
