They're all within 3/4 of mile of each other, with the Westin being closest to the airport proper, then the Marriott, then the Hyatt (all on the same road, parallel to the freeway). They're all nice. If I had to pick one, it would probably be the Marriott, because it's on the Bay side of the road and you can opt for a Bay-view room. The Hyatt is closest to the freeway and the rooms on one side overlook the freeway. The Westin is in-between.

I have stayed at the Marriott at SFO quite a few times for business, the last time being about 4 months ago. I like this property because it is quiet, has great views of the bay from its' bayside rooms, has a great walking path outside and along the bay that everyone can enjoy, and it has a couple of restaurants just on that path that you can easily walk to dinner.Another plus on my last visit was that I could return my Hertz rental to the Hertz folks at the hotel. The shuttle runs often to get you over to the airport.

We stayed at the Marriott one night on October 1st of this year. The lobby was under renovation. The rooms were quiet and we took advantage of the executive lounge for evening appetizers and the breakfast spread in the morning.

We picked it over the Hyatt due to the overall better reviews on Trip Advisor. We would definitely stay there again.

EmilyC has described it very accurately IMO.
