S. California/Vegas in 10 days
I'm going on vacation with two boys 11 & 14 to San Diego, LA and Vegas. We're leaving on Thursday and I'm just looking for some must see and resturant recommendations. Any little bit of help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

OK - San Diego is a big place. LA is a HUGE place. Las Vegas is . . . well, Las vegas.
Can't very well make restaurant recs for SD or LA w/o knowing where you are staying. The restaurants could easily be an hour or more from your hotels.

Tall order.
A few thoughts: Universal Studios in LA and SeaWorld are big musts with kids that age. The Wild Animal Park (or whatever it's called)might be a good choice. Is it too late in the year to go to a Dodger's game?
Vegas is beginning to be less family-friendly than in the past, but if you can afford it, I would take them to see "O", the Cirque du Soleil show.
Skip the whole Hollywood Blvd. scene. Seedy and frankly, scary, if you go there wrong time of day.
