Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, holiday decorations

Jump to last reply

Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills has had some pretty amazing holiday decorations over the past couple of years. Usually, the decorations have the greatest impact at night, like the half-dozen huge crystal chandeliers hanging over the street that were lighted at sunset every night during the season a year or two ago.

But this year, the street must look as pretty during the day as it does at night. The palm trees planted in the center median are draped in hundreds of crystals (Swarovski) on long strands, and there are other arrangements of crystals inside lucite boxes lower to the ground. When I turned the corner this morning on the way to my office, the effect of the sunlight on all those crystals was just dazzling. A real "Oh, wow" moment.

If you live in the area or plan to come to L.A. during the holidays, don't miss Rodeo Drive!
