Roadtrip from Omaha,NE to Florida

First BIG roadtrip! Looking for best route, no kids, want to see as much beach a=nd do as much activities as possible. Don't mind camping for a few days( some peaceful times).... but like partying in Big Cities also and staying whwere the action is a night or two also. Suggestions????? Mostly want beach.....snorkling....forest....good and even weird food!
