restaurant with a boardwalk on li

I'm looking for a great fun restaurant with a boardwalk on the beach for a 25th anniversary party (about 60 people) for a couple that loves LOVES Jones Beach. Reasonable prices would be a big plus, but their teenaged children have their heart set on celebrating at the beach. Does anyone have a recommendation for me?

There is a large restaurant AT Jones Beach that has a party room, you might check there. Check the Jones Beach website and I think you can get info there on phone number.

Good luck.

Where do the guests live? That will have a big affect on the location. There are some good options in Long Beach in this article

My understanding is that the restaurant on the Jone Beach boardwalk is being rebuilt under the aegis of Donald Trump - and for the moment they have only casual food stands.

Thank you for all your help. Actually, the boardwalk restaurant at Jones Beach has been torn down, and Donald Trump is in the process of replacing it with something very grand. It will take a few more years. It should be something to see - even if I can never afford to eat there.

Pine island grill in Bayville may be an option,Not on the ocean but overlooking the sound.Another option in Bayville is Wahls wharf-more casual and they will set up dinner or lunch for you right on the sand. Both have amazing views
