For Las Vegas you might want to look into rentals such as the following:

Prices in Vega are rock bottom. I keep getting offers to stay midweek in an AA 4**** hotel for about $45 a night, plus free buffet, plus....

There are many Disney hotels that offer budget ($50--60) rates; I would try and go for a major chain (or check out online reviews). I've looked at VRBO for condos and homes in the area before (relatives live there), without much luck.
Driving from Anaheim to LA could be a bad idea; it could take an hour if you were lucky, double that (possibly nightmarish) if you catch traffic.
San Diego is pricey; and it depends on where you want to visit. (why?) If for the zoo, you could stay fairly close for $80 to $100/room/night.
Remember, the areas you're visiting have thousands of lodging choices; p[erform due diligence before you book, so you don't end up in a horrible place in an iffy neighborhood.
