rent to own florida coasts

Jump to last reply

Looking to buy in FL. Please give me some ideas prior to traveling there, I plan to be there mid-Sep travel plans are flexible. Rent to own ok and can stay as long as needed. The property for purchase will be used for a few years and should be a good investment if and when a re-sell is desired. Leaning towards Tampa/St Petersburg, Jacksonville beaches, but will have to spend time at each before deciding.

Open to either coast, must be close (within walking distance) to beach/es with good kayaking, walking beach/es, some swimmers/surfers in family, fishing optional. I have traveled to Pensacola and Sarasota, other areas strictly airport connections and hotels nearby, i.e., Miami, Tampa, Orlando.

Thank you for suggestions I can provide more details upon request and prefer responses for residents.
