Rehoboth Beach Hotels

My family and I are planning a trip to Rehoboth Beach for a few days in mid- to late August and would like recommendations on where to stay that is close to the beach and boardwalk. Has anyone stayed at the Admiral, Atlantic Sands or Oceanus?
