Recommendations for horseback riding and rafting in GTNP and Yellowstone

I'm going to both parks this summer and there seem to be a million different horseback outfitters for both areas. Any suggestions? Is one park better than the other for a 2-3 hour ride?

Also, any recs on rafting in GTNP?
