Rafting Trips in Glacier NO

We're thinking of taking a rafting trip in Glacier. I'm interested in anyone's recommendations or experiences with the various companies in the area. We're also considering an overnight trip, but the websites say it could go down to 35 degrees at night and that doesn't sound too great.

Thanks for any help.

I would go with Montana Raft. www.glacierguides.com or Glacier Raft www.glacierraftco.com. Living in the area, those are the most reputable in my opinion.

Do you need advanced reservations? Or can I book once we arrive in the area so we can check out the weather conditions first?

Topping for additional responses. We're thinking of doing this in early August. Are there usually decent rapids at that time, or is it more of an easy float trip? Any comments about the scenery?
(I would be happy floating down the river, taking in the natural beauty, but the rest of the family would prefer some spine-tingling adventure )

We are looking at the same thing and have been trying to get information. We don't want to ruin a couple of days of our vacation by freezing on the river. Also, I like floating, but I have a teenage son who would be bored silly floating for 2 days. If you don't get information here, try glacierparkchat.com

Have not been, but I think it is very reasonable to think that it would indeed be very cold at night, and even possibly in the day.
