Radio City Xmas Spectacular- discount code
About 2 weeks ago I got an e-mail (from Visa? United? I cant remember) touting 2 for 1 Radio City Xmas tickets for midweek shows. 20 bucks each! I swear I saved this e-mail and stored it in My Favorite Places but of course I cannot find it now.
Did anybody else get this offer and if so, can you direct me to it??
THANKS

I think this show is selling faster this year than it has in the past. There are tickets for $49 here. http://broadwaybox.com/shows/radio_c...c_tickets.aspx

Just saw posted elsewhere there's a BOGO offer on the radiocity.com website. Use the promo code DMBOGO. It's for limited dates/shows but mostly Nov 9 - Dec. 15. If you get a message that they don't recognize the code, it just means that discount doesn't apply for that performance. For an arbitrary date in Nov. asking for best seats, I got a price of $35/ticket plus $9.35 handling charge per ticket. If you want to print out the tickets online, there's another $2.50 charge (!) If they get sent to you by regular mail, no charge (figure that one out )
The seats were in the orchestra (I asked for best available) but were actually a bit close for my taste and off to the side. They are called "level 2". I tried again and specified mezzanine and was offered row B in the first mezz. dead center on the aisle for the same price $35 ++.

Thanks McLaurie! I used DMBOGO and it worked. The first tickets to pop up were orchestra, waaaaaaaay over on the left. For this show I prefer center seats in the mezzanine and got them for $25 each plus the $9 "convenience" fee.
Yesterday I ordered Spamalot tickets. May have time to cram in one more show, was thinking of Drowsy Chaperone or Chorus Line.
I love NYC in December!

Try this code, I got it in an e-mail today from [email protected]. I think it is good for weekday shows.

Is there a new code for today - 10/31/06? I tried DMBOGO and EM2BOGO. The first time I tried both-they worked, but as I continued to check other dates & times, the site no long recognizes the codes. Thanks. I think my girls would love this show.

Mclaurie is right(as always),,,the discounted shows had the little snowflake near them, eg, 11am, 5pm amd 8pm did, and the 2:00pm show did not have one....I did not check the weekend, because we won't be there then. I tried a few other days doing the week, but mon was open at 8. FYI Judy
