Quail Lodge- Carmel Valley- Been there recently?

Is this the same property that many years ago had a restaurant called " The Covey?"

I normally stay with friends that live in the area, but decided to see if anywhere had openings for this weekend. They are running a special for their 50th anniversary ( second night for $50.00) so the room, including parking, breakfast, internet and a fireplace comes out to $150.00 per night. it looks like a nice property, not fancy but certainly adequate at those prices. I do realize that its in Carmel Valley, not Carmel proper... I'm very familiar with the general area.

Looking for a restful place to stay with short drives to Point Lobos and Pacific Grove and perhaps a few dinners out. Sunday will be spent on the couch in front of the fireplace watching football
