Power adaptor

OK all you amazing people with such knowledge, I need your help desperately again.

I am in need of a power adaptor that has the US plug to plug into the power socket in the wall with and Australian plug I can plug my laptop into. I bought one at the airport on the way out but silly me didn't check it was a 3 prong one and it turned out to be a 2 prong one and my laptop plug won't plug into it. At home we call it a reverse adaptor.

I am in Manhattan staying on 42nd street and would like to know of any specialist travel goods shops that may stock something like this. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Baysidegirl.
