Portland Jetport - how early are things open?

We have 6:00 a.m. flight leaving Portland Jetport. Their website lists a restaurant and Starbucks (not my favorite, but, hey, it's coffee!). Do you think the restaurant and/or Starbucks will be open at @ 5:00 a.m.? We'll be arriving from a hotel very close to the Jetport, but their breakfast place will not open until 6:00 a.m. Just looking for coffee and a bagel/muffin/etc. Thanks for any all information.

Scroll down on this page to "Other Airport Services" and call the restaurant and maybe the news/gift shop as well.

I know that Portland Jetport is a really small airport, so I would not be surprised if they were still closed. Get yourself some muffins the night before and use the coffe maker in your room to make a cup for the road. The two supermarket chains in the area make fairly good muffins.

Thanks, everybody. We'll get some muffins/goodies the night before, make some coffee in the room -- and get some at Starbucks if we're still needing a coffee fix. Thanks again for all your information!!

There is also a little walk up bagel place inside security. The name escapes me - Portland's Finest, or something to that effect. Seems to me they've been open when I've taken an early flight.

Just wanted to report back. Yes, the Starbucks and coffee kart inside of security were open by 5:00 when we got there. Not sure if they were open earlier, but looked like they had been open for a while.
