Poipu condo recommendations for late June

Does anyone have any condo recommendations for Poipu in late June? I am overwhelmed by all the possibilities when I go on-line and type in Poipu accomodations... Thanks.

Hi marli,

check out www.vrbo.com - click on Hawaiian Islands - then Kauai -then Poipu - it will bring you up a list of vacation rentals by owners - all price ranges - description, pictures of unit and grounds or any of the islands and areas you may be interested in. A great place to view private condo rentals on all islands.

The Embassy Resort has great Condo's. It is right next door to the Hyatt, so you can walk over to the Hyatt for Spa and restaraunts. Poipu Beach is about a 2 minute drive.
There is a small beach right there, and a nice and relaxing pool, with a pool restaraunt that serves lunch and drinks.
Good luck and have fun.

Take a look at the "ultimate Kauai guide"; it has reviews, and the website wizardpub.com has aerial photos of all the complexes. Take the reviews with a grain of salt, but they give you some ideas.

Think about what your priorities are, different places are better fits for different people. Do you want cheap? spacious? beautiful grounds and pools? maid service? oceanfront? beachfront?

By owner will tend to be a bit cheaper, but may also have more idiosyncracies to arrange. Rental agencies may have a range of places to choose from and a bit more service and convenience. Managed properties will tend to have a front desk staff and daily maid service, but you pay for it one way or another.
