I need recommendations for reasonable seafood restaurants in the Plymouth area which are open now (mid-May). I would like lobster, but the in-laws are on a budget so need a place with a varied menu.

There are several restaurants/takeouts right on the pier in the center of the waterfront. All are about the same, all are fine for lobster or fried seafood, and they ought to be open now.
Thank you!
