places for a group in Monterey, Ca. area

I know it is kind of late to be looking, but does anyone have any suggestions for a place for about 20 of us to stay in the Monterey area for a weekend in July. We would like a place with several units and that has a common area or BBQ area where we could gather.
Thanks.

How close to Monterey do you need to be? You might want to look at either Pajaro Dunes (I guess it's technically in Watsonville) or Seaside in Aptos.

Some of the people will be playing golf in Monterey area early in morning, so something near Monterey or Pacific Grove would be best.

We stayed at the Marina Dunes resort in Marina (on the Ocean) but there also was a Best Western Beach Dunes at 3290 Dunes Drive in Marina... its right next to Marina Dunes State Park and Sanctuary... amazing sand beach right on the Ocean.. less than ten minutes (one exit) from Monterey... hope it fits your needs... have fun!

I second gary's suggestion of the Marina Dunes.

Wow, now that I've looked at the Marina Dunes website, I third that suggestion (even though I've never been there!)
