Trip Report Photographic Journey

I'm an art teacher who has decided to use my two months off to travel around the United States in search of THAT beautiful picture. My plan is to store my belongings to free up the extra income for travel. I hope to circle the U.S. starting from Austin, Texas on June 14 going West to the California coast, across the top then down the east coast to Key West then up the Gulf of Mexico ending in Texas again!
Has anyone made this trip? Is two months enough time? I want to visit & camp at as many national & state parks possible while trying to hug the coastlines and border.
