Phoenix Restaurants

I will be in Phoenix alone on business in September staying Saturday & Sunday nights at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs. Looking for restaurants suggestions, someplace fun, not a really long cab ride... that I would be comfortable eating at the bar. (Good cocktails and wine list a plus!) Open to most any foods...would probably skip Italian. Thanks for any suggestions!
