I've been checking out Realtor.com and notice that for the northeast corner of RI, Pawtucket has low prices. Is it in a transitional stage and worth investing (residential only)? Or would other areas serve better? Thanks.

Certain parts or Pawtucket are nice, such as DARLINGTON. Be very leary of the pricing, some sections are kind of slummy. Newport Avenue is nice and kind of runs thru the middle of Pawt. Streeta such as Norfolk, Draggart, Grand have some very nice two-family houses. I would not suggest buying any property sight unseen, have someone check out the area for you.
