park tickets: orlando - buy in UK or US etc?
Im doing some research for my daughter who is going to Orlando in September. I wondered whether they are better getting tickets over here or wait until they are over there?
Also, the following have been suggested - any views:
http://www.orlandoinfo.com/tickets/.
mousesavers.com.
http://www.goorlandocard.com
http://www.buildabettermousetrip.com...ervations.html
Also, we have been through travelrepublic before and got a good deal.
Any help appreciated.

mousesavers is a good source of info. If you look there I think you will find that there are essentially no Disney discounts - except from Disney for buying multiple days. A lot of people offer partly used tickets and these are a scam -since the ticket is coded for individual people (electronically) and can't be transferred.

Buy your tickets here. If she is staying on property they can buy them at their hotel I think. We can at Shades of green but that is a military hotel on Disney property and they only give 10% discount. There are not deals unless you are a Fl resident. We get certain months that are a discount or they throw a special when they are slow to us residents.

I would ask fellow Britons. We are biased toward independent travel here, but British friends have gone on inclusive holidays from the UK -- air, hotel, tickets, car -- for much less than we would pay as Americans for the same.
Of course, travel pricing changes hourly.
You also need to be sure of having travel interruption insurance, as September is the middle of the hurricane season.

They should definitely buy tickets in advance (and very soon), not because they are cheaper but because there are distinct advantages to do so. If you buy in advance, you can make certain ride reservations 30 days before the trip (60 days if you are staying at a Disney hotel). This will save a lot of time (and the reservations can be changed if you change your mind or your plans).

i suggest buy it at the park, the problem when u buy ahead is the weather, magic kingdom aka disney is the most tideous place to visit since its hours go all the say up to sometimes 1am, unless u are going multiple days you will need to be there at open and till close to enjoy most of the rides, i've never stayed at the disney resort and never paid more than $70 per night on hotel, if you can rent a car that will be the best since florida is not that good in public transportation
