Hi,
My husband and I will be in P.Springs for a week staying in Rancho Mirage. Any special restaurants that we need to make sure we don't miss out on that are indigenous to the area?
ThankYou!
Lura

Trip Ideas
I would not miss the BluEmber @ the Rancho Las Palmas Resort, we had a very memorable meal there this past April. Wally's Desert Turtle was also fantastic, a gorgeous restaurant with very good food and service, both meet the requirements for a special occasion restaurant. ***kim***
I'll have to guess as to what "indigenous" means in this context but I will go for California/American in a pleasant desert setting
Copley's
Le St. Germain
Spencer's
Other good places with less "indigenous" menu but still a pleasant setting
Jillian's
Le Vallauris
They are all expensive. Spencer's is perhaps a half notch down in price and food but still very nice and a great spot for Sunday Brunch.
All of the above have been there forever.
