Hi. I'm working on the Page portion of our week trip to AZ. We are a family of four adults. I'm confused about where the trips begin, what companies are recommended, and how long the trip should be for the best viewing. Are the companies located by the lake at Page? At Wahweap marina? At Lee's Ferry?
We are staying either at the Best Western or Days Inn for 2 nights in Page.

The trips leave from Page and wind up in Lee's Ferry. There's a bus that transports you back to Page. It takes about an hour by bus.
I'm assuming you're talking about the Horseshoe Bend smoothwater float trips? They start at the Glen Canyon Dam but you are transported from the office in Page.
Sorry, I didn't read your thread title carefully. Didn't realize you want Lake Powell, not Horseshoe Bend.
I think you hit the nail on the head! When people talk about float trips , they're not necessarily talking about the same destinations.
