Orlando, Florida- Disney and Universal at Halloween time

Jump to last reply

My family is headed to Orlando in early October. The kids on the trip are a girl- 8 and 2 boys-5 1/2 and 1 1/2. We are staying off- grounds and plan to do Universal Islands of Adventure and Disney Hollywood Studios and Disney Magic Kingdom and Downtown Disney/T Rex cafe and Mickey's Not so scary Halloween party.
Looking for some details and suggestions of what to expect at Halloween time since we are alittle worried the littles might get scared, not neccesarily at Disney but at Universal. The signs alone for the Universal Halloween Horror Night might give them night mares :(
And recommendations for cool new things (last time we did Orlando was over 4 years ago). The kids love dinosaurs so we will visit Jurassic Park in Universal and I love Harry Potter so we will go there as well. We are hoping some of the Disneyworld updates are open by October.
Thanks in advance
