Organic Options near Mt Hood and Oregon Coastal areas?

We will be staying with friends in Portland for a week and plan to do short 2-day trips to Mt Hood and to the coast. I was wondering if there are restaurants and breakfast spots in both areas that serve organic produce and naturally raised meats. I'm breastfeeding and love to eat but would like to minimize pesticide consumption. We're prepared to bring groceries and cook in a Mt Hood cabin but would prefer to go out to eat if we can. Thanks in advance!
