One night in Fargo...

Jump to last reply

We will have an evening in Fargo - my one chance to see North Dakota thanks to a re-route by DH on our way to the SD Badlands. We'll be arriving around 3pm and will leave extremely early the next morning.
We have two elementary-aged kids with us, so it won't be a late night. Is there anything to see by driving or walking? When I look for sights in the area, I keep finding the theaters and zoo but nothing we will have time to see.
Are there any buildings or architecture we should experience? Parks? Statues?
What about dinner - we like pretty much anything, so is there something that is exceptional but kid-friendly and not crazy expensive? Any neighborhoods we should try to visit?
Thanks!
