Oahu & Maui

My husband and I are planning to go to visit Hawaii in late August. We're planning for 4 days in Oahu and 3 days in Maui. Do you think that's enough days to fully experience Maui? Where should we go first?

No, I don't think 3 days is enough. You couldn't "fully" experience Maui in two weeks. Pick one island and go for it.

Personally I don't think three days is enough for any of them yet. The road to Hana will take a large part of one day and you may want to go back to some parts. Oahu has alot of things to see and do and it requires some priotizing for short stays.

No I don't (think that's nearly enough). With only 7 days I would pick only 1 island.

I agree with Suze, and stay on one island. I once spent 4 nights on Maui and 4 nights on Oahu a few years ago. It wasn't my first time on either island, yet I still felt rushed.

You can do both as an overview because you are sure to want to go back to both.
