Northern California and Oregon - itinerary help please!

We're trying to plan a two week trip, two college kids plus parents. Yosemite for a few days, then Sonoma, then Oregon - where a couple of us would love to play Banden Dunes, then Ashland? We like hiking, rafting trips (moderate white water), exploring, photography, road biking, good local restaurants. Would like to try fly fishing again.
Are we doing too much? What should we skip, what should we add? None of us have been to Oregon, we've enjoyed Napa, San Francisco, Santa Cruz etc on previous trips.
Thanks for any advice!
