Nights in Boston

I will be in Boston this weekend (March 1-4) with 20-yr old son who attends school in Worcester. What options are there for evening activities for someone under 21? I looked at Kings Lanes and Lucky Strike, for example, and those are 21+ in the evening. No tix for hockey available. Possibly will go to Boston Massacre re-enactment on 3/2. Is it worthwhile?

Lots of plays/live entertainment type things (Blue Man Group, etc.). Check out Goldstar, a discount ticket site I recently discovered. Good prices on last minute tickets.

How about a tour of Fenway Park? http://boston.redsox.mlb.com/bos/ballpark/tour.jsp

The Celtics are playing on Friday, the 1st.

Blue Man Group is a great idea.

Stand-up comic Janeane Garofalo is at the Wilbur Theatre on Saturday. Bob Saget is there on Friday.

Have dinner in the North End and walk around and have coffee and a pastry afterwards at Mike's or Modern.

Go to Cambridge and walk around Harvard and Harvard Square.

Jillian's/Lucky Strike is over 21 after 8:00 p.m. on weekends. Maybe you could go before that and have dinner later.

What sorts of things are you interested in--there are plays etc. in the evening.

Should have added that the Fenway Park tour is during the day and that I have not been to the Massacre recreation but I bet it's pretty good and worth seeing.

Here's a link to the bands on this weekend at the Middle East in Cambridge. Most are 18+ but you do need ID.
My son's band has played here a few times and the place is usually attracts students.
You can also get a bite to eat (the houmous is good).

Check out the Berklee College of Music which is in Boston. Here is their link for upcoming events, open and click on Venues because they have performances in more than one place and there are a few on the night's you'll be in Boston.
