niece traveling to Oahu need info on Plumeria vendors there

my niece will be traveling to Oahu in 2weeks. I am interested in where to go to buy plumeria cuttings, I know of aloha stadium flea mkt. Dont know what sellers may be there. Hopefully someone here can give me some info please
