Nice waterfront condos in Sandpoint, Idaho

We´re thinking of having a family reunion in Sandpoint, Idaho next summer and want to know which are the best waterfront condo´s... Ideally we´re looking for a place with its own beach, mooring, nearby shops/restaurants, etc... any ideas?? Thanks!
