I've been away from RI for 3 years now but I had never heard of Hydrangea House... it may be new
I work in Newport and drive by the Hydrangea House everyday. It is very cute from the outside - right across the street from Hotel Viking (nice, old hotel) which has a rooftop bar open to anyone and they play live music during the summer days. Hydrangea's location is very good in Newport. You could walk to almost anything. It is a couple spots down from the Art Association as well. You'll have a great time.
